At Signum House, we are proud to work with a team of extraordinary individuals, or children’s carers, as we like to call them, who will go out of their way to care for the children and young individuals staying with us.
Our team is well-versed in a variety of theoretically-tested techniques to help children/young people build the necessary skills to excel in adult life. They create an environment where everyone is equal and a part of the Signum House family.

All of our staff members undergo a strict screening and background checking process. They are fully vetted and insured, and comply with the same quality standards we’ve upheld since our inception. In addition, each staff member is put through mandatory trainings within three months of their employment, which include:
Signum House receives Regulation 44 visits each month, where an independent individual sufficiently experienced in scrutinising children’s home care practices monitors our performance, running monthly checks approved by a registered local authority
